REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY
WeShoeber offers return and exchange options so there is no risk. For any reason, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to receive your return or exchange to our return center within 5 days after delivery. Customers need to pay for the returning shipment cost. Please follow the simple guide below:

The original box, package, and other enclosures should all be returned with the shoes
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Products with defects are only for exchanges
WeShoeber only accepts exchanges for the products with defect within 5 days after being delivered. If over 5 days, we regard it as normal damage non-returnable for exchange.

Refund
After shipping the product for return, provide us the tracking number. WeShoeber will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return package and let you know if the return package is complete or not. If approved, we will refund you within 5-7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
